The AP* Studio Art portfolio has three sections: Breadth, Concentration, and Quality. For the Breadth and Concentrations sections, 12 works are required for a total of 24 works. In addition, a Written Commentary must accompany the work in the Concentration section. For the Quality section, 5 of your best original works (from either the Breadth or Concentration sections) will be sent to College Board*. All three sections are averaged together for one score.
