As an instructor, I have experience in teaching or critiquing AP Studio Art either in high school or in college, and I am willing to provide my services to Advanced Art USA.

Therefore, the parties agree as follows:
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. I will provide the following services to Advanced Art USA: Teach art instruction to students from syllabi and projects provided by Advanced Art USA as well as giving critiques of students’ work upon completion of each project.
2. PAYMENT. Advanced Art USA will pay a fee to the Teacher for the Services rendered based on $60.00 per hour. This fee shall be payable once per month, on the 15th of each month.
3. SUPPORT SERVICES. Advanced Art USA will provide support services, including syllabi and teaching information through website support. However, Advanced Art USA respects and encourages individual teachers’ professional input.
4. EXPECTATIONS. We respect the individual teacher’s experience in their respective fields as it pertains to student instruction. Therefore, teachers may use their own syllabi with the permission of Advanced Art USA, as long as the curriculum is tailored to the student’s needs.
5. TERMINATION. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon a 14 (fourteen) days written notice (via mail or email) to Advanced Art USA.
6. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES. It is understood by the parties that teachers are independent contractors with respect to Advanced Art USA, and are not employees of Advanced Art USA. Advanced Art USA will not provide fringe benefits, including health insurance benefits, paid vacations, or any other employee benefit.
7. DISCLOSURE. Teachers are required to keep all Advanced Art USA materials and curricula completely confidential and cannot use any of Advanced Art USA’s property for any other use.
